We like to think so. We try and liaise closely with customers, providing samples for approval before manufacture. If it all goes wrong, we tell you. If it can't be done, we'll tell you (Although it hasn't happened yet!) and you won't get a bill.

At about the fourth attempt, it worked. I then made some for a mate who was pleased and said those words which started this properly. "Why don't you sell them?" So, I did and much to my surprise, people bought them. It's been a steep learning curve ever since as techniques have vastly improved and the range of products has expanded.

We ship at cost. There is no packing charge, as all materials are re-cycled as part of the management's green agenda. Generally we will use Royal Mail, unless you specify otherwise.
